How to share Failed Swap details with Klever Support

When your swap fails you have to contact Klever Support by opening a ticket at:
https://support.klever.org/hc/en-us/requests/new

For Klever Support team to check your swap they need the following information:

  1. The Swap Identifier
  2. The Sending Address. That’s the wallet address from where you sent your tokens.
  3. The transaction Hash of the swap

To obtain the Swap Id, Sending Address and the transaction Hash of the swap:

  1. From your Portfolio screen, click on the swap center.
  2. Tap on View all from the My last swaps.
  3. From the My Swaps list tap on the failed swap(which is display by red cross mark)
  4. In the next screen:
  • click on the copy icon to copy the Swap identifier to the Clipboard.
  • click on the From address from swap details. This is the Sending Address. You can then click on the copy icon to copy the address to the Clipboard.
  • click on the copy icon to copy the Hash to the Clipboard.
