Proof of Life (Check-ins): To keep the will paused, the creator performs periodic “proof of life” check-ins on the platform (with customizable periods from 5 to 180 days), resetting the timer.

Triggering the Inheritance: If the creator becomes absent and the check-in period expires, heirs can use the key they received to initiate the claim process.

Grace Period (Security Mechanism): When heirs initiate the claim, the will enters a grace period. If the creator is active and simply forgot to check in, they can immediately cancel the execution and retain control.

Automated Transfer: Once the grace period passes without any intervention or check-in from the creator, heirs gain definitive access to the designated balances and tokens.
