Marketplace fees not visible / not credited?

Hey all, short Question!
On our NFT Art Gallery marketplace (3% fee), the fee is clearly shown in the transaction details, but we can’t find a matching incoming transaction on our marketplace wallet in KleverScan (example: 3,870 KLV). This has happened multiple times.

What we see

  • Tx hash shows the 3% marketplace fee in the logs/events.
    Hash: 7d558f3acfd5b2bfd8bc3a37696ae7255973249864b877d2e8a480cb611b8ddb

But the fee recipient wallet shows no incoming transfer for 3,870 KLV in KleverScan.

How are marketplace fees represented in KleverScan to check it?

Hello @Andreas_Hennersdorf

First of all, TY for you support and continuous feedback.. it’s vital for us.

This case is an “internal transfer” made directly by the Marketplace KApp. We’ve already noticed that our transaction list endpoint doesn’t recognize these “internal transfers”. This fix is already in our sprint, and we’ll soon update our proxy with it.

I’ll circle back to you when done.

TY again…

Hey, I’m afraid I have to come back to this topic again.
I’m frustrated with a new smart contract today. It sends KLV via direct_klv send event.
Which apparently is also an internal TX and is not displayed in Kleverscan!
What I found out later, and I wondered why the sending wasn’t working!
Anyway!
Is there another way to display this?
We have to be able to prove to the players that the KLV has been sent!
The best way to do this is if these transactions are also displayed on Kleverscan or somewhere else!

Ah, I can see them displayed in the sender hash of the smart contract!
Unfortunately, they are not displayed in the recipient, which would simplify the whole process!

Hello my friend,

We’re checking all the queries that should consider internal transactions and we’ll update them.

We’ll updating the proxy as long as we are finishing each end-point.

I keep you in the loop.
