Nigeria Dev Workshops + Mini-Hackathon on KleverChainDear Klever Team

I’m Debbie, a Web3 enthusiast in Nigeria passionate about blockchain adoption in Africa. I’ve followed Klever’s progress: open-sourced klever-go, KVM for easy Rust/WASM contracts, low fees, and tools like the VS Code extension, perfect for onboarding new developers. Nigeria’s crypto scene is booming, with huge dev talent ready for accessible platforms like KleverChain (ideal for remittances, payments, RWAs).

Proposal: @Klever_org Nigeria Dev Sprint

Format: 2–3 day workshops + 1–2 week mini-hackathon (in-person or hybrid).

Workshops: Intro to KleverChain/KVM, Rust basics, deploying contracts/tokens, testnet practice.

Hackathon: Devs build/deploy real projects on KleverChain → judge top entries → reward winners with $KLV prizes, swag, shoutouts, and potential ambassador/project support.

Target: 30–100 devs/students (universities, tech hubs).

Timeline: Pilot in Q2/Q3 2026 (flexible).

My Role: Organizer, promoter (via X/local communities), facilitator.

Your Support (requested): Endorsement/promotion, small $KLV prize pool, optional mentor/guest speaker.

Impact:

More on-chain activity, new Nigerian/African builders, stronger ecosystem growth, building on successes like Klever Campus Connect at UNILAG. I’m committed and ready to start small. Happy to discuss details, join as an ambassador candidate, or refine this. Let’s empower Nigerian devs to build on KleverChain!

Best Regards
Debbie
