The buy feature for NFT ITO participation appears to be non-functional on both Testnet and Mainnet. We’ve observed that it works correctly for Fungible Tokens but fails specifically for NFTs.
To participate, users need to perform the transaction manually through the drop-down menus on Kleverscan.org, as the automated participation feature is not working.
It worked fine for me both in the “participate” button in the list and on the asset page, as you can see attached. Could you help us reproduce this error?
The standard “Participate/Buy” button feature for NFTs in the ITO is non-functional on both Testnet and Mainnet.
Observation: The system provides no immediate feedback on the button failure; the only way to confirm success is by manually completing the transaction.
Workaround: NFT participation is only possible by executing the transaction manually via the drop-down features on Kleverscan.org.
This error is a critical failure preventing users from utilizing the intended feature for NFT purchases. Because discovering this significant bug required extensive testing and processing multiple failed transactions, I request appropriate compensation for identifying this major issue before its public launch/discovery.
Evidence Provided
The attached screenshot clearly demonstrates the issue:
It shows 5 failed attempts when trying to use the broken “Participate” button.
It shows 2 successful attempts where the purchase was completed using the manual drop-down method on Kleverscan.org.
That’s great news. Thank you for the quick confirmation that the ‘Participate/Buy’ button feature is now fixed on both Testnet and Mainnet. That’s great news. Thank you for the quick confirmation that the ‘Participate/Buy’ button feature is now fixed on both Testnet and Mainnet.
As the bug was a critical, feature-breaking flaw on both environments, and I proactively tested, confirmed, and provided the necessary evidence and a temporary workaround, I believe my effort qualifies for compensation under your bug bounty or contributor program if you had one.
In light of the testing environment, I also want to provide crucial strategic feedback to support Klever’s long-term, natural, decentralized growth:
The process for distributing Testnet KLV should be completely decentralized and automated.
Currently, the necessity of having Testnet KLV sent manually or through a heavily controlled mechanism creates an artificial testing environment. For Klever to grow organically and demonstrate genuine decentralized strength, the Testnet must mirror real-world conditions.
