Thank you for the opportunity to share my suggestion. With the rapidly growing Klever ecosystem and the daily onboarding of new users to the forum, I believe there is a strong need for educational content. This content should be well-organized and presented in a clear, step-by-step manner. It should start with an introduction to the Klever ecosystem, explain the problems it aims to solve in the Web3 space, cover the technology behind it, and provide details about the Klever wallet and its features.
When I first joined Klever, I found it difficult to locate the information I needed and to navigate the forum. As a result, I suggest creating a dedicated sub-forum (or channel) specifically for newcomers. This space could provide the essential information about Klever, organized in a logical sequence, along with a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help users better understand the project.
Currently, while many long-time Klever users and ambassadors post educational contents, the information in some of the contents is often not detailed enough to help users fully grasp the features of Klever and how to use them. As a result, the forum becomes overwhelmed with content that may not clearly highlight the key points that every new user (Klever newbie) should know. A dedicated space for beginners could help solve this problem and make the onboarding process smoother for everyone.

Yep, you are right, when I firstly come here I didn’t understand what and where. But only after time I got messages with the bot which told me about general features of the forum.
I’ve been here for a while and I have no idea where the bot is.
I’m sure others have the same experiences.
Something can definitely be done

I guess it would be better if the site would have a tutorial video or some other type of tutorial to show you how to go thro about the forum.

After you been here for a while, you will get a private message from the bot and then you gonna pass tutorial with him.

Yep, it is a great idea. Because I don’t like to read tutorials or smth but video it’s another deal.

Great idea! A video tutorial would really help too, whether as a short written texts or an animation video
