# How to stake and delegate TRON in staking 2.0

**You can stake TRX inside K5 Wallet to earn rewards. Staking TRX also provides your wallet with some Energy. Energy is an essential resource that is needed to perform TRC20 token transfers and performing Smart Contract transactions on Tron blockchain. Another essential resource on Tron is Bandwidth. Every wallet in Tron blockchain acquires 1500 Bandwidth for free. To get more Bandwidth you can freeze TRX for Bandwidth.**

**How to freeze TRX inside K5 wallet?**

- **Step 1:** Tap on **Portfolio** icon . Then, select TRX (TRON) token and choose an account.

- **Step 2:** Tap on **Freeze** icon, to freeze the TRX

- **Step 3:** In the next screen, select **BANDWIDTH** or **ENERGY**. Enter the amount of TRX to freeze, then tap on **Confirm** button.

**How to vote for Tron Representatives?**

- **Step 1:** Tap on the **Portfolio** icon. Then, select TRX(TRON) token and Switch to the desired account.

- **Step 2:** Inside TRX Account, tap on **VOTE** icon. Then, select your favorite Tron Super Representative\*\*,\*\* enter the number of votes, and tap on **Add to Vote**. In the next screen, you can see the number of votes and selected SR and then tap on **Confirm Votes**. To vote for another SR you can scroll down on the list and tap on the desired SR.

**How to delegate your bandwidth or energy to other addresses?**

- **Step 1:** Tap on **Portfolio** icon. Then, select TRX (TRON) token and choose an account.

- **Step 2:** Tap on **Freeze** icon.

- **Step 3:** In the **Freeze** screen, under **Delegations** section, tap on **Delegate** button.

- **Step 4:** In the **Delegate** screen, select **Bandwidth** or **Energy** then input the amount of TRX you want to delegate. In the next screen, input the **wallet address** to which you want to delegate. Tap on **Confirm** button, then input the PIN code or your Biometrics to sign the transaction.

**How to undelegate your bandwidth or energy?**

- **Step 1:** Tap on **Portfolio** icon. Then, select TRX (TRON) token and choose an account.

- **Step 2:** Tap on **freeze** icon.

- **Step 3:** In the **Freeze** screen, under **Delegations** , user will be able to see **undelegate** option under Bandwidth/ Energy.

- **Step 4:** In the **Undelegate** screen, select the amount of TRX you want to undelegate and tap **Next**. In the next screen, select the address and tap o **n Next**. Finally, tap on **Confirm** button, then input the PIN code or your Biometrics to sign the transaction.

**How to unfreeze your TRX?**

- **Step 1:** Tap on **Portfolio** icon. Then, select TRX (TRON) token and choose an account.

- **Step 2:** Tap on **Freeze** icon.

- **Step 3:** In the **Freeze** screen, under **unfreeze** section, tap on **Unfreeze** button.

- **Step 4:** In the **Unfreeze** screen, select the amount you want to unfreeze. In the next screen, tap on **Confirm** button, then input the PIN code or your Biometrics to sign the transaction.

**How to withdraw your TRX?**

User will be able to withdraw TRX after 14 days from the day of unfreezing your TRX.

- **Step 1:** Tap on **Portfolio** icon. Then, select TRX (TRON) token and choose an account.

- **Step 2:** Tap on **freeze** icon.

- **Step 3:** In the **Freeze** screen, under **Withdraw** section users can see the amount **“available to withdraw”** , then tap on **Withdraw** button.

- **Step 4:** In the **Submit Withdraw** screen, tap on **Confirm** button, then input the PIN code or your Biometrics to sign the transaction.
