Hey @Nwekenature 👋 This value, and all the other parameters on the kleverchain, can be updated by proposals. Any KFI holder can submit one proposal and all KFI holders can vote on it. You can see all the network parameters at [Proposals | Klever Explorer (kleverscan.org)](https://kleverscan.org/proposals).
